Lollietoons maintains this site for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication. Please feel free to browse this site. All materials on this site, including but not limited to character artwork, character names, images, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text and trade names, are the sole property of Lollietoons . Lollietoons ' exclusive rights to all materials on this site are protected by U.S. and international laws of copyright, trademark and unfair competition. Without Lollietoons ' prior written permission, you many not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, republish, transmit, repost or otherwise use the content of this site, in any way, EXCEPT that you may download one copy of the materials in temporal storage on one computer for your personal, non-commercial home viewing only, provided you do not change or delete any copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. If you modify or use the materials for any other purpose, including printing hard copies from your downloaded digital copy, you will violate Lollietoons ' copyright, trademark rights and other proprietary rights. lollietoons.com is very respectful of the privacy concerns of its visitors. As a general policy, lollietoons.com does not automatically collect any personal information from visitors. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of lollietoons.com's internet servers - for example, the type of browser and operating system the visitor is using and the domain name of the visitor's internet service provider. We use such information primarily to provide an enhanced online experience for our visitors. We also use it to perform internal reviews of the number of visitors to the site, but only in an aggregate and non-personally identifiable form.  lollietoons.com uses a third party shopping cart via PayPal, inc. and their Privacy policy applies to all transactions performed via said shopping cart. lollietoons.com may collect email addresses, mailing addresses and other personally identifiable data about visitors when such data is voluntarily submitted to lollietoons.com - for example, when visitors send us email or when a purchase is made through the third party PayPal shopping cart. Lollietoons does not sell or otherwise disclose such information outside the company. We use such information to disseminate requested information and/or products, better understand visitors' use of lollietoons.com and to support the transactions made on lollietoons.com. We may provide this data in aggregate form only to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses. We may use email addresses and other personally-identifiable information to contact visitors who communicate with us. For example, we reply to email questions from visitors via email.

Lollietoons likes to hear from its customers and welcomes your comments regarding Lollietoons products and online services. Unfortunately, Lollietoons cannot accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials, such as original artwork or ideas for characters, stories, products or games (collectively, "creative submissions") other than those we specifically request (see below re: Character Idea Suggestions). This is to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by Lollietoons 's professional staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. Regretfully, we must therefore ask that you do not send us any creative submissions. If, despite our request that you not send such materials, you do send us creative submissions, Lollietoons shall not be obligated to keep any such creative submissions confidential, and Lollietoons shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any creative submissions. By sending us creative submissions, you automatically grant to Lollietoons a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and unrestricted worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute the creative submissions or incorporate the creative submissions into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed for any purpose, including advertising and promotion; and you automatically waive all "moral rights" with respect to the creative submissions. Submissions as Character Idea Suggestions: By submitting Character Ideas to lollietoons.com's, you automatically grant Lollietoons a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive worldwide right and license to use, reproduce and distribute any subsequent artwork created by Lollietoons staff on the lollietoons.com site and any related promotional or commercial  materials.

LIMITATIONS ON LOLLIETOONS' LIABILITY

The materials on this site are provided solely for entertainment, promotional and commerce purposes. Your use and browsing of this site is at your own risk. The materials could include technical inaccuracies or other errors. They are provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Lollietoons does not warrant that the functions contained in lollietoons.com materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Lollietoons does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
